Malaysia Shipping
We currently offer delivery throughout Malaysia.
Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate RM20
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: Flat rate RM30
In-stock orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 4–7 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
International Shipping 🌏
Yes, we ship internationally!
As international shipping costs vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and items purchased, international shipping is currently provided by quotation.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that have not yet arrived at Hanabana Hobbies and are subject to availability and allocation from the manufacturer, distributor or supplier.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee final product allocation. Although we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil confirmed pre-orders, manufacturers, distributors or suppliers may reduce allocations, discontinue products, cancel releases or otherwise be unable to fulfil our requested quantities.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier cancellation, allocation shortage or product discontinuation, any payment collected for the affected item will be refunded.
Estimated release and arrival dates shown on product pages are provided for reference only and may change without prior notice due to manufacturer schedules, distributors, customs, transportation or other circumstances outside Hanabana Hobbies' reasonable control.
A delay to the estimated release or arrival date does not by itself mean that the pre-order has been cancelled.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items have arrived unless otherwise arranged. Additional shipping charges may apply if separate shipments are requested.
Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure that your name, delivery address, postal code and contact details are correct before submitting your order.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with an incorrect item or appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact Hanabana Hobbies hanabana.hobbies@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +60174028782) as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, photographs of the parcel and item, and an unboxing video where available.
Please retain the original packaging while we review the issue.
